Kulvir Singh Gill

Kulvir Singh Gill is a Senior Principal with Clareo Partners, a corporate strategy and innovation management consultancy. He has over 10 years of consulting and mining industry experience. Mr. Gill started his career with Oliver Wyman as a management consultant before holding several positions with Barrick Gold Corporation’s supply chain and organizational effectiveness teams. Mr. Gill holds a B.Sc. and a B.Comm. from the University of Calgary. He is a 2010/11 Action Canada fellow and serves on the Board of Directors for the William Osler Health System Foundation and Habitat For Humanity in Brampton, Ontario. He is also the co-founder of the Seva Food Bank and coordinates the annual Toronto Sikh Retreat for Sikh-Canadian youth. Mr. Gill currently lives in Brampton, Ontario with his wife, parents and young son.

Kirpa Kaur

Kirpa Kaur is an ever aspiring political spiritual activist with an academic education in psychology, social equity and critical studies. Based in Vancouver, she volunteers closely with the Sikh Research Institute on Sikh education for both Panjabi and non-Panjabi communities of BC; she is one of the co-founders of I am Community, a local peer support program for South Asian single mothers and their children; she recently joined the Board of Directors of SAFAR (Sikh Feminist Research Institute), which held its first academic conference this year; and is working on her Masters in counseling and community psychology with a focus on education and policy.
