Air Travel

The best airport to fly into is Newark, followed by La Guardia (both are pretty close). JFK is a bit further. We will be arranging pickup/drop off for those flying into the conference that following the guidelines listed below and email us by December 31st. If you will need a ride from us, you should fly into either Newark Liberty, NJ (EWR) or LaGuardia, NY (LGA). We will NOT be making pick ups or drop offs to/from JFK. Also, if you need a ride from us, you should plan to arrive on Friday (1/13/12) between 2:00pm – 6:00pm and not depart earlier than Monday (1/16/12) at 12:30pm.
